1. A deviation dam with a height of 2 to 4 meters and a length of 30 m
   
2. An inlet span with a capacity of 4 m3/sec
   
3. A conduit with maximum capacity of 4 m3/sec and a length of 700 m
   
4. A tank outside of the riverbed with a capacity of one million cubic meters
   
5. An earth dam around the tank with a capacity of 250,000 m3 and a height of 13 m
