• 4 blocks of residential units with a foundation area of 12,830 m2
• 12 two-story villa blocks with a foundation area of 3,600 m2

Preparing and landscape engineering of Mehr parish of Pardis city consisting of the below works:

• Excavation;
• Embanking;
• Construction of Retaining Walls;
• Implementing the Foundation and Pavement of Manholes
• Implementation of Blocks And Canals;
• Implementation of Surface Water Stream Channels;
• Implementation of Water Network as Well as Water and Wastewater Collection Networks;
• Construction of Passageways and Links to the Main Urban Network;

• The volume of concrete used: over 10,362 m3
• The volume of earthworks performed through explosion: app. 74,352 m3
• The volume of earthworks in different sites: more than 20,9128m3
• Masonry works: more than 1,183 m3
• Molding works on the foundation and walls: more than 24,352m2
